wah.irritating man.i just typed one long entry and poof.its gone. anyway..

HEY ALL.
i hope you guys are reading this before monday (16/10/06).

updates on the publicity on donation drive.

1. posters are up around the cafe. since this is the only place we can paste without getting into trouble.

2. billboards.the publicity comm has created 4 billboards and will be carrying them from mon to wed.however, if we have long stretches of classes, we'll pass the boards to any ocip member we might meet along the way who will then carry it around the school.yupp.at most, if you find youself with classes in the next period or so with a board,and cant seem to find any ocip member around,call me.=) i'll save you. or any other exco members.haha.we'll save you.

3. balloons.sam from log is gonna get balloons and balloon sticks by mon. on monday morning (16/10/06), please meet me at the fitness corner after morning assembly. you'll each recieve a deflated balloon and a balloon stick. you're suppose to blow the balloon up(save manpower) and tie it onto the balloon stick and place it at a prominant spot on your bag.if u prefer,you may carry it in your hand too.stickers will be provided for you guys to stick onto the balloons for publicity purposes.EVERYONE has to do this,to play a part in publicising for donation drive.

It is greatly appreciated if you dont regard this as stupid or lame.we need the whole school to know we're organising a donation drive for the children in udon thani who needs the stuff we're collecting.hence the "hiong" publicity.thanks to all in advance. lets do this together!

HELLO EVERYONE FROM THE OCIP TEAM! :)
your lovely assistant leader here.

in aid of reviving the blog that all of you people consider 'dead', minqi is here to the rescue. hurh hurh.

just want to say, GOOD LUCK FOR THE UPCOMING PROMOS! :) i know that all of you are pretty stressed up, just like me, and dont think its possible to finish studying even if you stay up every night, just like me, and therefore believe there isnt a necessity to study, just like me, but IS still studying because we dont want to sit by the river next year, just like me, i say KEEP GOING! in no time, all of this will be over, and we can finally concentrate on our expedition preparation. :) i know that all of us are so waiting for promos to be gone from our lives, dont worry, its in two weeks time from now. TWO WEEKS TO FREEDOM, TO CELEBRATION, TO FUN, TO HAPPINESS, two weeks to LIFE. :) awesome, im already counting down, ARE YOU? haha.

yeah dont give up, because even if no one believes in you, I DO.

haha okay i know this whole entry is lame but you know, minqi is stressed up. and you are too (i know you are! i cant possibly be alone on this).

life goes on, my friends. PROMOS ARE JUST A DISTRACTION! :)

dates that you guys need to take note of:

18th AUGUST ---- first draft of polo, team tshirt design (email/pass to me the design latest by thursday night.)

24th AUGUST ---- tentative sub comm meeting to go to queensway to scout for the CHEAPEST AND BEST QUALITY supplier for the shirts. (i'll msg you guys to confirm by this sunday 20/8/06.)

26th AUGUST ---- banner design due

31st AUGUST ---- confirmed polo and team shirt design with sizes due.pass to supplier.

13th AND 16th OCTOBER ---- publicise for donation drive.

to all: type of team shirt choosen is drifit. costs around $10-20. not subsidised. although mr ho is trying to get it partially subsidised. will update you guys.

Minutes of the The 1st General Meeting

held at G201 from 3pm to 5pm

1. Meet after Chapel on 18th August, Friday to collect the following :

- photocopied passport (3 copies)
- passport size photos (2 copies)
- your timetables (please include your cca/tuition days)

2. The cost of the team t-shirt (dry-fit) will be about $10-$20. Anyone with any financial difficulties please contact any of the excos.

3.The 1st informal bonding session will be held next week, 12pm at Cityhall. Those who cannot make it please tell you comm heads/exco members. Or just tag the board/leave a comment.

4. There will be a PT(Physical Training) next week. We will inform you on further details. Please check your email&this blog regularly.

Note: Any ideas of Team Name will be GREATLY appreciated.

Here is a list of newly updated things =)


1) You are not required to bring $300 this wednesday for collection as Mr Ho has to check
individual's edusave account before deciding how much you will have to pay by cash or cheque

2) The edusave form will be passed to you on wednesday instead as there are still ammendments
to be made.

3) You will still be required to hand up your parent consent form and medical declaration form
this wednesday.

4) There will be a general meeting this wednesday from 3p.m to 6p.m at G201. Please kindly
inform any of the exco members if you cannot attend the meeting as CIP hours will be taken.
As for those with CCA on that day, please kindly pass your forms to any of the exco
members before the meeting

5) Once again, our blog site is http://sajc-ocip06.blogspot.com/. Please kindly visit the blog to
keep yourself updated on the events that are coming up.

6) For those that hav not yet give me your birth date, please kindly do so before the general
meeting.

7) There is the parent consent form that need to be hand up this wednesday so for those that
have not yet collected, please sms me or find me near the lockers tomorrow morning to
take your copy of the form.
